GMA is a global independent M&A Advisory firm and one of the most active in tradeshow and event acquisitions globally. Selected transactions are: MJ Biz to EmeraldX, Hotel Interactive Hosted Buyer to EmeraldX, UK-based SMI Group’s Defense/Pharma Event Business to SAE International, Ultima Media Auto Events business in 10 countries including China, Russia, India and Brazil to German company Suddeutcher VM, The Running Event to Diversified Comm, Stormcon to Endeavor Business Media, The Lab Institute Event to Canadian company LabX, UK-based Vinelake LTD’s IOT Event Platform to Cambridge Innovation Institute, and Creative Age’s Nails Tradeshows to Allured Business Media. Headquartered in New York City, with offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, South America and Hong Kong, GMA currently has clients in the UK, Canada, India, South America, and the US and currently has under contract in Facilities & Tech (Hosted Buyer), Energy Technology and Retail/Alternative Products. GMA is also currently representing event businesses in Institutional Finance, Energy, Event Technology, and Latin American Technology and Technology/Reliability/Maintenance.
