Who can attend the UFI Global Congress?

The UFI Annual Global Congress is the largest UFI event and provides excellent networking opportunities for UFI members from around the world.

Reserved for UFI members only, this Global Congress is the “must attend” event for all industry professionals.
As always, we welcome members of AIPC, ICCA and SISO. 

Delegates are typically senior to mid-level representatives from exhibition organising companies, exhibition venues, exhibition suppliers, industry consultants, and exhibition service providers from across the world.

Registration fees refer to the full package of the 4-day onsite attendance at the 92nd UFI Global Congress on 19-22 November 2025 in Hong Kong.

  • All Congress sessions from Wednesday 19 to Friday 21 November
  • Networking refreshments
  • Networking lunches
  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 19 November
  • Congress Dinner on Thursday, 20 November
  • Post-Congress Tours on Saturday, 22 November
Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email with an invoice and a payment link.

Registration fees do not include travel and accommodation and are VAT excluded.

The reversed charge procedure is applied for EU companies with a valid VAT number*.
*VAT invoicing rules:
VAT 20% - French VAT paid on issued invoice
VAT 0% - No EU VAT applies in accordance with art. 59 of the directive 2006/112/CE
VAT 0% - Provision of service art. 44 of the directive 2006/112/CE

Accompanying Person Fee includes


  • Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 19 November
  • Congress Dinner on Thursday, 20 November
  • Accompanying person visit programmes on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 November
  • Post-Congress Tours on Saturday, 22 November

Accompanying persons cannot participate in the congress sessions.

Payment Methods

Use the registration form to pay online with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX card.

If paying through an international bank transfer, instructions will be indicated on your invoice once you’ve registered. All fees must be paid before the event within 10 business days of submitting the registration form to secure registration.

Only participants who have their registration fee paid will be authorised to attend the
 92nd UFI Global Congress 2025 in Hong Kong. 

Cancellation And No-Show Policy for Delegates


Cancellations made before or on 18 September 2025 will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made on 19 September 2025 and onwards are subject to 100% cancellation charges.

Any no-shows will be charged 100%.

Replacement from within the same organisation is authorised.

If participants register before the event and have not paid the registration fees at the time of the event, they expressly agree to pay the registration fees in full, even in the case of non-attendance.

French law n°92-1142 dated 31/12/92: payment upon receipt of invoice with no reduction for prepayment. A penalty of x1.5 the legal rate is applicable if payment is not made after 30 days.
